This policy applies to CLUB AI, a non-explicit lounge-management and cast-development game for adult users, including its TestFlight builds.
The game does not connect to external AI services, third-party age verification, a crash-reporting service, a user-account service, or runtime image/video generation. CLUB AI includes Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Builds that expose the usage-sharing setting described below also include optional Google Analytics for Firebase.
Playing CLUB AI does not require creating a CLUB AI account or providing a phone number, email address, payment method, profile photo, uploaded face image, or contact-list access. Purchased shift tickets can be stored and used on the device without iCloud. Optional iCloud sync is described below.
The game stores local state on the device using Apple UserDefaults. This can include age-gate acceptance, lounge progress, cast training and trust history, local conversation state, cosmetic history, safety/report counters, advertising-frequency counters, StoreKit entitlement state, and earned training-preview tickets.
The local review packet summarizes counts and safety categories for tester and debug evidence. It does not export raw chat text or raw report reasons.
CLUB AI offers a consumable pack of five shift-extension tickets through Apple StoreKit. By default, an app-private file on the device stores an app-specific identifier, Apple transaction identifiers, purchased quantities, refunds, ticket reservations, and consumption receipts. Purchasing and using device-stored tickets does not require iCloud. Deleting the app before enabling sync can lose unused device-stored tickets; Apple's purchase history alone does not contain their remaining balance. Payment-card details are handled by Apple.
You may enable iCloud sync in Store. Only then does CLUB AI transfer the ticket ledger to your private CloudKit database. Synced purchases and use require connectivity, and unused synced tickets can be recovered on the same iCloud account. Migration identifiers prevent duplicate grants when a transfer is retried. Turning sync OFF keeps previously synced tickets in iCloud for use when sync is enabled again, while new purchases are stored on the current device. The ticket ledger is not used for advertising or usage analytics.
Game progress and daily free-shift allowances remain on the device. Deleting local game data does not erase the iCloud ticket ledger or Apple's purchase history. You can manage the app's iCloud data through Apple's iCloud storage controls; removing that data can prevent recovery of finished consumable purchases. Contact support before removing a ledger that still contains unused tickets.
CLUB AI first asks Google UMP whether the device is in a region where consent is required. In regions where UMP reports that consent is not required, usage analytics starts automatically. In regions where consent is required, or when the region cannot be resolved, analytics remains off unless the user enables it. A user can turn analytics on or off at any time from the Record screen. This choice is independent from advertising consent. When analytics is off, CLUB AI does not send its gameplay funnel events to Google Analytics for Firebase.
When analytics is enabled, CLUB AI sends a small, fixed set of product-interaction events used to measure whether players reach preparation, lineup, briefing, assignment, shift, result, development, and debrief milestones. It also records coarse categories for service responses, selected shift speed, auto-run usage, review-prompt eligibility, result causes, next-goal types, recent-history views, and automatic-play report availability. Photo-interaction events include fixed catalog references for the fictional cast and photo, the screen from which the photo was opened, reward availability, and whether a photo was viewed or explicitly used as a cover or service photo. These references describe built-in game content; they do not include a player's name, profile, saved lineup, or an uploaded image. These events do not contain account details, advertising IDs, vendor IDs, names, email addresses, free-form text, conversation text, report reasons, receipt or save identifiers, or exact currency and score values.
Google Analytics automatically assigns a random app-instance identifier to an installation and may process device/app information and approximate location to produce aggregate usage metrics. CLUB AI uses the Firebase Analytics Core SDK, which has no IDFA collection capability, explicitly disables IDFV collection, does not set a user ID, denies advertising-storage and advertising-personalization consent, and does not use advertising tracking permission for analytics. The Firebase project is linked to this app's AdMob record for aggregate measurement, but the analytics events are not made available for personalized advertising.
Turning analytics off stops future analytics collection. Deleting local data turns analytics off for the current session, clears locally queued analytics data, and resets the app-instance identifier on the device. On a later launch, the region-aware default is resolved again unless the user has saved an explicit choice. Previously processed aggregate records may remain subject to Google's retention and deletion practices.
UMP updates the consent state before Google Mobile Ads can request an ad and can show a required consent form. When UMP requires a privacy-options entry point, CLUB AI exposes it in the Store screen.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK and UMP communicate with Google to manage consent and deliver ads. Depending on the device, region, consent choices, and ad response, Google states that its SDK may process IP address and coarse location, device identifiers, product interactions, advertising data, crash logs, and performance data for advertising and analytics. Google's privacy practices apply to those SDK interactions.
The publisher first-party ID remains disabled. Publisher personalization uses the SDK default only when UMP permits ad requests and App Tracking Transparency (ATT) is authorized; regional consent and opt-out restrictions still apply. Otherwise publisher personalization is disabled. CLUB AI requests optional ATT permission at the first player-initiated rewarded video or from the privacy section in Records. Refusing or restricting ATT does not prevent ad viewing or rewards. Users can change ATT permission in iOS Settings. CLUB AI does not send local conversation text, safety-report reasons, cast selections, or user-created profiles to advertising providers. This choice is separate from optional usage analytics.
Your choices: where required, use the consent form or the in-app advertising privacy options. Purchasing the non-consumable ad-removal product or maintaining an active Manager Pass stops CLUB AI from requesting ads.
Ad, keeps AdChoices visible, and leaves no blank slot for no-fill, unresolved consent, or paid access.Native and full-screen ads cannot overlap. Ads do not cover the live floor, cast/profile screens, debrief, purchase flow, or first-play guidance. Rewarded ads are optional; declining one does not remove earned game progress.
CLUB AI offers one non-consumable ad-removal purchase and the auto-renewable monthly Manager Pass through Apple's StoreKit. Manager Pass includes ad suppression, two additional daily shifts, one additional daily training, detailed shift analysis, three lineup presets, and training/photo comparison. Apple processes payment, renewal, cancellation, and purchase history; CLUB AI does not receive payment-card details. Users can manage or cancel Manager Pass from their Apple Account subscription settings. When a subscription expires or is revoked, Pass-only benefits stop while already earned growth, photos, outfits, and local progress remain. CLUB AI has no paid gifts, cash-out, prizes, redemption, gambling, or paid random rewards. All gift effects are local, cosmetic, non-purchasable, and have no cash value.
Users can delete local memory and local game data from the Record screen. This removes CLUB AI game state from the device, turns usage analytics off, clears locally queued analytics data, and resets the analytics app-instance identifier. It does not remove purchase history held by Apple or previously processed data held independently by Google's services; use the applicable Apple or Google privacy controls for those services.
CLUB AI includes an 18+ gate and is intended for adults only. Third-party age verification is not connected.
